Plans

Plans. What each plan includes.

This page is part of our terms (tobos.ai/terms). It changes as their “Changes to Tobos” says: when a change makes Tobos more than slightly worse for you, we e-mail you at least 30 days ahead, and on Pro you can leave at once.

Free

Costs nothing. 3 open decks of your own at a time, and no editors besides you: the people you share your decks with present or view them.

Pro

€12 a month, VAT included where it is due. Any number of open decks, and up to five people besides you who edit your decks.

On every plan

Fair use on every plan: 10 GB of media, files up to 500 MB. Viewers and share links are unlimited.

People you share a deck with to present or view it are free. Every plan exports PDFs and presents.

A deck’s npm packages can take up to 200 MB installed and 20 MB sent to viewers. A link to preview or present a deck works for 24 hours at most; a share link works until it is turned off.

When you reach a limit, we refuse what goes beyond it and say what you can do; reaching one deletes nothing.

Media

Media counts every file your decks keep, archived ones too, each file once: every file a slide of any of their versions shows, as older versions still show, and every file uploaded for one, on a slide or not. A file stays, and counts, until the last deck that keeps it is deleted, or your account. To make room, delete what you no longer need.

Archiving

You can archive a deck, and open it again when your plan has room. An archived one doesn’t count toward what your plan keeps open, but its editors do, and its media counts toward fair use. It can be viewed, shared and exported, not changed or presented. Deleting an archived one is for good.

When Pro ends, for whatever reason, the decks you changed most recently stay open, as many as Free keeps, and we archive the rest; with Pro again, they open as before.

Editors

Each editor counts once, however many of your decks they edit. What someone else shares with you counts on their plan, not yours. When Pro ends, for whatever reason, your editors view until you have Pro again.

Invites

Only the owner of a deck invites people to it. So that invites can’t become spam, we send at most 100 invite mails a day for you, at most five a day to any one address, and one a day for the same deck to the same address. Someone who asked us not to be invited can’t be.

An invite to an address without a Tobos account waits 14 days for someone to log in with it, then lapses; you can invite the address again.

Stills and PDFs

A chat you connect to Tobos can have a scene drawn as a still, to see what it made, and a deck’s viewers can download it as a PDF. Each runs the deck’s code on our renderer: at most 60 an hour of an account’s decks together, counted on the account of the deck’s owner.

What you need

You log in with your e-mail address, also to only view or present a deck someone shares with you. A share link, and answering a deck’s polls, need no account. You need a current browser, and to work from a terminal, the CLI, which needs Node.js 22.18 or newer and git.

In force since 3 November 2026.
